Please read our standard policy below before placing your order.

 

 

 

1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

 

 

  • All items are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partners.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for production before shipping.

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they are in production.

  • During high-volume seasons or holidays, production timelines may be extended.

 

 

 

 

2. Shipping & Delivery

 

 

  • We ship domestically across the U.S. and offer international shipping where available.

  • Standard shipping times vary by location but generally range from 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

  • Tracking information will be emailed once your item has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

 

 

 

3. Returns & Exchanges

 

 

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products:

 

  • All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse.

  • If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details at solephuel@sjlifestylebrand.com.

  • Approved replacements will be processed promptly at no additional charge.

 

 

 

 

4. Quality Assurance

 

 

We work with trusted production partners who meet our quality standards. However, slight variations in color, placement, or sizing may occur due to the print-on-demand process. This is not considered a defect but part of the uniqueness of handcrafted apparel.

 

 

 

5. Sizing & Fit

 

 

  • We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page.

  • As a luxury fit brand, our silhouettes are fashion-forward and may vary in cut and feel.

  • Please review all size information carefully prior to purchase, or contact us for fit guidance.
